Ali Lost 10 kg in 5 Months.

Last week, we shared the video of our awesome member Ali who has been working out with us for around 7 months.

Ali’s first milestone was losing 10 kg after 6 months.

I know that you may be thinking that losing such weight in that period isn’t good enough.
You could have lost more in a shorter time!

Quick Fix Never Works!

I’ll be honest, there was a time in my life when I also jumped from one quick fix to the next.

If something promised immediate 6-pack results and instant gratification, then I was all in.
Ever heard of P90X, Insanity, T20, Lazar Angelov?
I’ve bought their products and tried them all!

Unfortunately, not once did I get real, lasting change.
And it may sound familiar to you.

While initially, these programs may provide a sort of success, most of the time we go back to our old habits.

How many times have you or someone you know lost 20 kg and in no time gained them back while disrupting their metabolism?
Quick Fixes never Work!

 

Why?

Because they never help you improve your mindset:
Food will always remain the enemy and workouts will always be a source of punishment.

They never help you create positive habits and break the negative ones!

 

The Requirements For a Real Change


What Ali did in his journey is a huge success disregarding the number of the scale.

  1. He is not following a diet anymore.
    Food is a source of pleasure and nourishment at the same time.
    And the successful people create their own balance between both ends.
