The Results of Edition #12 of our 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge

You will notice in the pictures below that:

  1. All our challengers lost a significant amount of weight (most of it from fat) while gaining muscle mass and elevating their metabolic rate.
  2. The weight loss range varied between 3 to 6 kg, depending on each person’s initial weight. Heavier people lost more weight than the lighter ones, but they all did an oustanding mental & physical transformation.
  3. Fitness & Healthy Nutrition became part of their lifestyle after completing their 21 days. They joined Healthy Lifestyle private training programs and became part of our family.
  4. And most importantly they are stronger & happier 🙂
