What are your values?
We are all born as empty vessels which can be shaped by moral values.

Here are 5 Core Values We Live By Every Single Day.

They define what our brand stands for, its core values, the tone of voice and the way we communicate with our gym members and coaches.

1. Bring your best

To bring your best you must be passionate and determined about what you do. You must love what you do. These are the things that fuel and drive Healthy Lifestyle forward.
We are inspired because we believe completely in what we are doing and where we are going.

Bringing your best is also something we ask from our clients. With each workout, we want them to get the most out of the time and effort they put in.
If we ask them to do push ups, it doesn’t matter how many they can do as long as they give their best and maximize their efforts.

2. Rise above

Because the work we’re doing now is better than the work we were doing six months ago. And the work we’ll be doing six months from now will be better than the work we’re doing today.
Continuous learning and development are crucial to maintain a High Standard Value to our members.
We portray this in the way we dress, the way we act, the way we talk and the way we treat our customers, each other and anyone who comes in contact with us.

3. Be honest and transparent

Every relationship we have with each other, with the members and anyone who works with us is based on Honesty and Transparency.
We will never sell a product or a service if we we’re not sure it works.
We also practice what we preach and believe in what we do.

4. Be “WE” Not “ME”

Working together to create an atmosphere where everyone in our team has a chance to contribute and achieve success. When we have a united team of people all working together with a common vision anything is possible.
We all count on each other every single day to bring our best.
We can accomplish more as a team than anyone can accomplish on his own. By surrounding ourselves with positive, professional people, bringing their best everyday we can do powerful things.

5. Have Fun & A Sense of Humor

If you are not having fun, it is not worth doing. Do not continue doing anything in life that you are not enjoying doing. Life is too short.
Bringing fun and humor into the work place does not mean being unprofessional. It is actually very important that these two co-exist to keep each other in balance.
Bringing fun and humor in allow us to be friendly and allow our clients get to know us.
To be the best part of our member’s day we have to be able to make them smile and laugh. Telling a joke or saying something to make a client smile is something we strive to do on a daily basis.
