What’s the most insulting question anyone who has been working out for a while can hear?

Well I have been working out since I was 17 years old.
Till the age of 24 – after 7 years of hitting the gym at least 3 times per week– when discussing fitness topics many people asked me: “Do you workout?”

Exercising for several years without the reward of physical transformation can be really deceiving.

Fast forward, 7 more years have passed, this insulting question was one of the main incentives that made me study and learn deeply everything related to fitness & nutrition.
I created my first real body transformation at the age of 25 and turned my passion for fitness into a career.

So what was the game-changing shifts that made my transformation possible?

Now as an Owner & Chief Fitness Officer at Healthy Lifestyle, I meet people and offer them free consultations every week in order to help them reach the body of their dreams.

What I noticed through my 6 years of coaching is that everyone wants to shred the layers of fat off and tone the muscles around their chest, arms and abs for men and butt, thighs, arms & abs for ladies.

But what most of them are missing is that these results require dedication and consistency.

I have never promised anyone any pie in the sky results. At Healthy Lifestyle we make sure that the game-changing tools to achieve any successful fat loss results are working on the mindset.
