For more than 11 years in the fitness field, I’ve watched many people working out so hard in gyms, sweating like pigs for more than 2 hours but never did any physical improvement!
Same shape… same amount of fat… Their dream about the “Insta Booty” / “Insta Pecs” has come an end. No more motivation. Back to “Insta Foody” & #FoodPorn.

You Can’t Out Train A Bad Nutrition

Yes Working Out is an essential part of our lifestyle but without the right amount of nutrients, you will never get the results you’ve been dreaming of.

For me personally, your results are based on:
1. 50% Fitness
2. 50% Nutrition

Don’t Trust All The “Light Menus”

Now that we’ve accomplished the first step, we took the decision of never skipping a workout and never cheating on our diets, we face another problem: what to eat when we hang out or make a delivery order?

The trend now in most of our restaurants is the “Light Menu” section.
Without going in much details, most of these restaurants are cheating when they mention the calorie content.
I can tell that sometimes the calories are even the double amount written on the menu!
(We’re working on a report for detailing this issue, and we will publish it soon)

The AllFit Menu by Roadster: A Trustworthy Menu

A new menu came to life. A menu for the fit or those who want to be it!

You can ask me:
Why do you trust the items in this menu?

And I will reply:
Because Roadster team were smart enough to select their ingredients so wisely and dare to count their macro nutrients (Carbs, Proteins & Fats).

You can check below the AllFit Menu items including the calories, proteins & carbs.
With a simple mathematical formula you can count the remaining calories from fat. (Please contact me if you need any help doing so)

Take Home Message

Thank you Roadster Diner. We finally got a real fit menu: The Roadster AllFit Menu.

My favorite three items were the:

  1. Chia Chicken Tenders: I fell in love with the PB Sauce
  2. Super Quinoa: What a perfect combination: Fresh Baby Spinach, Roasted Veggies topped with Chicken Strips
  3. Tuna’oa: I loved the Fine Tuna Fillet when mixed with the Light Lemon Oil Dressing

I had to leave early before tasting the Double Dip Steak & Honey Apple Tart since my wife was waiting for me to celebrate our anniversary.
I am sure that they will be added to my list of favorites soon.

You can trust the calories and macro-nutrients listed below each item in this menu. Roadster team did an excellent job with their selection.
However please don’t confuse Healthy with Light.
Some items are super powerful but they are calorie-dense food.
Create your own balance.

Cheers for a Healthy Lifestyle,

Great post. I did the math on the fat content of the new All-Fit items, and it’s not too encouraging. These items are far from being light, and I only wonder what’s to be said about the items on the normal menu whose nutritional composition has never been publicized.

      Hey Danielle,
Thank you. Yes there are some high caloric dishes. I recommend that you stick to the Tuna’oa and Super Quinoa. These 2 are amazing and they have a well balance nutrient content.
      I loved both of them.
