Wanna Taste the Healthiest Homemade Avocado Icecream?
Ever been in front of an ice cream shop staring at all these fruit varieties?
Personally, Avocado flavor is my favorite!
However after checking the process of preparation, I noticed that a lot of sugars and fat were added.
This is why I came up with this Homemade Healthy Avocado Icecream 😀
Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Avocado
- 2 Tbsp 0 Fat Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein.
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients using a fork. It never felt easier!
- Freeze them for 1-2 hours.
- Enjoy 😀
