What Do You Do In Life?

A question that people keep asking me.
At various times I tried different metaphors: “I’m a professional fitness trainer” “I’m a hunter of human physique” “I’m a fitness writer” “I’m a fitness consultant” I’m the guy who lost 22kgs & built his 6 pack” “I’m the author of the Six Pack Pillars booklet” (Download it for FREE from the right section)
But none of them conveyed the right feeling.

“Professional Personal Trainers?”

Now that we’re in the last stages of opening our new private gym, it is time to lift our corporate identity. The graphic designer asked us: “What do you like as a title on your business cards?”.
For years we’ve been using “Professional Personal Trainer” at Healthy Lifestyle but not anymore. Why?
We felt that the presupposition that went with it was that people were dependent upon us to create their change, which would never empower them. Since we believe that we all must be responsible for our own change, we decided to avoid this metaphor.

We’re proud to be Professional Fitness Coaches in Beirut

Now we finally got it. But what is a Coach?
A coach is a person who is your friend, someone who really cares about you. A coach is committed to helping you be the best that you can be. A coach will challenge you, not let you off the hook. Coaches have knowledge and experience because they’ve been there before.

We’re not any better than the people we are coaching! In fact, some of our members have natural abilities superior to our own. But because we have concentrated our power in the fitness area for years, we can teach them one or two distinctions that can immediately transform their performance in a matter of moments.

Sometimes we can teach you new information, new techniques and skills; we show you how to get measurable results. Sometimes we don’t even teach you something new, but we remind you of what you need to do at just the right moment, and we push you to do it. we thought, “What we truly are is fitness coaches. We coach people on how to achieve what they really want more quickly and more easily.

Now we feel better about our job, we feel closer to people and enjoy coaching them 🙂
Soon the new logo and business cards will be ready.
Can’t wait to share it with you.
