5 or 6 years ago, there was a TV Ad about a weight loss supplement based on something like:  “lose 5, 10, 30, 40 kilos… until you decide to stop”. How awesome! I hope I could stop before I disappear!
Few month later, this ad stopped showing for one main reason… you guessed it! “Fake hopes”
But the owners of this supplement made millions of dollars during this period and reached their goals.

In 2011, a new strategy of weight loss marketing started to show again on Television. This time they were trying to sell about 5 to 6 products combined together for the optimal weight loss results (now they can make more money with more products). 
The funny thing about it is that they promised people that they will reduce their waistline without doing any exercise and while eating everything they want!
Can you believe it? Well people did and fell in the trap again.
Unfortunately, after a while, these supplements had many major side effects and they were banned.

Every day, a new supplement is created. There are thousands and thousands of fat loss pills around the world. But believe it or not, there are no magic pills. If you’re the type of person who wants to keep on eating junk and watch TV all day while expecting to lose fat by taking a pill, then you’d better keep the money of this supplement in your pocket and go get a dozen of Big Macs. You’ll enjoy them more.

While a fat loss supplement can provide a big boost in your war against fat, you should keep in mind that an exercise routine with a healthy nutrition is always required.
