You’re Not Eating Enough Good Calories
This is the #1 reason why you’re not putting on lean slabs of muscles. People seem to think they eat a lot more than they really do when they’re bulking up (the contrary applies during fat loss).
Once you sit down with them and actually track how much they are eating, usually it’s grossly deficient!
More size, more strength = more calories needed.
Keep the whole food proteins coming, don’t starve yourself and keep track of it!
Remember that you should be eating more Healthy Food and NOT JUNK!
The worst thing you can do is start dropping your calories because you are getting results.
This will cause your hormones to go haywire and your metabolism to come to crawl essentially sabotaging your gains.
