Solution:
Many of my friends below 30 (closed ones) are facing fast heart beats, hyperextension, high tension, sleep apnea…. One of them, is my cousin.
I visited him before he went to the doctor and asked him: are you still training, running or at least making any simple activity? The FAMOUS answer of course was “I don’t have time, I work a lot”.
The day after, he went to the doctor, made a blood test and thank God all the results were good. The doctor prescribed him healthy foods and sports. That was his only medication. Now he has found a free time for sports. He entered the gym and regulated his meals. He is now living a healthy lifestyle.

So guys, you only have ONE SINGLE SOLUTION to survive a healthy lifestyle, you need to exercise for 2-3 hours weekly. You can start small with 30 minutes a week and increase gradually.
Don’t wait for the next doctor’s visit or join the growing ranks of sedentary lifestyle statistic. Act now and experience the positive health influence on your life.

Totally true… I had the opportunity to see it last summer as I was working with a cardiologist. Almost everyone who came with heart problems didn’t care at all about his way to eat, drank very few water daily and had no physical activity at all.
People don’t realize that a healthy way of life doesn’t only make you live longer, but also better. No illness, and more energy everyday to spend on other activities.
